From the maker

They trained somewhere nobody goes, under a master nobody has met, and they have come up out of the dark with weapons drawn. Three turtle humanoid monks, each caught mid-technique — a martial-arts order that answers to no lord and no temple.

A Miniature Worthy of the Hamlet: Lubart has given each of the three a genuinely different read rather than one body with three weapon swaps. The first drops into a wide stance with twin straight blades held out at full extension. The second wears a conical straw hat and braces a long spear across his body, weight low. The third pivots mid-strike with a curved sword high and a dagger tucked in reverse grip. All three stand on sculpted rocky bases, and the shell detailing on the back of each model is worth turning them around for.
