Inspired by grasshopper desserts & drinks, this is like a cartoon drawing of a grasshopper pie. The chocolate ganache smells almost fantasy like, a plastic chocolate bar that looks and smells a little too realistic. The marshmallow is soft and fluffy and the liquor mixes with the mint for a fresh, boozy aroma. This is a fantasy gourmand.
