Chatelaine - Tudor Rose

Our Chatelaines are cast here in our shop in lead-free pewter, and are finished by hand. The chatelaine clips onto the waist of your petticoat or apron and has 5 chains 6" long with lanyard clips to keep things securely attached. Measures 2-3/4" wide and about 1-1/2" high.

Chatelaines were worn to keep handy important items such as keys, watches, magnifying glasses and sewing supplies( scissors, beeswax, charms and thimbles). We also offer a mechanical pencil perfect for hanging from a chatelaine.
