Jefferson Bloom Print series are made from overgrown algae taken from freshwater and EVA. Excessive amounts of carbon dioxide, a warming climate, and water pollution are causing harmful algae blooms to grow at extraordinary speeds. The overgrown algae consumes oxygen and blocks sunlight, which can have harmful effects on marine life and even people. Using Rise by Bloom technology, these fun prints are made of repurposed algae from freshwater sources—making them nice for feet and the planet!
