The Boot
Combining the rugged good looks of the Cavalier, with several modifications for everyday convenience, the Zephyr was the original zipper-back moccasin. A brass YKK zipper above the heel provides added on-and-off speed and permits snugger fit around the leg than it's Cavalier forefather.

The Construction
The Zephyr features Russell's signature Double Vamp construction for water resistance and long term durability (See the Process Page for details). New for 2024, we have added a hand molded oak-leather heel counter to prevent walkover and provide a snugger fit in the heel that will conform to your heel shape as you wear the boot.
