The arrow has gone. He is already turning for the next one.

Corin Hale shoots on the move because standing still is how his brother died, and he has never made a secret of the reason. He is not the best archer in any company he has served with. He is the one who is still shooting when the line breaks.

A Sculpt Caught After the Shot: Almost every archer miniature is sculpted at the draw; Arbiter Miniatures put this one on the follow-through instead, with the torso rotating and the cloak thrown out by the movement. It gives him a completely different energy to the kneeling and drawing archers elsewhere in this range, and that flying cloak is a large clean surface against otherwise busy leatherwork.
