TURNKEY BUSINESS + RESIDENCE.

The Merchant’s House is what every aspiring tradesperson is looking for — a business frontage on the ground floor, comfortable living quarters above, and the kind of village-center location that walks customers right past your door. The sellers, departing for warmer climates, have generously left the existing cheese-shop fixtures and accessories in place — a substantial value-add for the right buyer.

A PROPERTY THAT WORKS AS HARD AS YOU DO: This multi-piece terrain set captures the merchant’s residence in classic mixed-use fantasy detail — shopfront below, living quarters above, sloped roof, ample gabling. Equally useful as a player-character home base, an NPC merchant’s storefront, the place a quest-giver lives, or the waypoint your party returns to between adventures.

The cheese-shop accessories make this property especially story-ready straight off the table.
