INVESTOR ALERT — MOTIVATED SELLER.

A rare opportunity in Mysty Hollow for the buyer with vision. The former Willow’s Rest Cottage is being released onto the market in its current condition — somewhat reduced — at a price that reflects the substantial restoration required. The structural bones remain. The thatched roof is largely there, mostly. The hearth still works, probably. The willow grove that gave the cottage its name is, sadly, gone.

A FIXER-UPPER WITH CHARACTER: This atmospheric ruin captures the cottage in mid-collapse — partially intact walls, exposed framing, the kind of weather-worn detail that earns real paint. Use it as a haunted-village set piece, the abandoned home discovered in a wilderness arc, or the “what happened here” mystery that drives an entire session. Pairs powerfully with the intact Willow’s Rest Cottage for “before and after” storytelling.

Excellent in Dungeons & Dragons horror campaigns, Frostgrave’s frozen city, Warhammer Age of Sigmar’s ravaged settings, or any narrative skirmish that needs a place where something terrible happened.
