This mug was hand thrown and trimmed on my pottery wheel using durable white stoneware clay. It was bisque fired and glazed with multi-layered drip glaze. Deep tones of honey, caramel, and toasted gold break into iridescent micro-crystals where the glazes overlap. The lower quarter is covered with a satin alabaster glaze that catches the cascading drips of gold.

Approximate size: 3.25" across the top rim and 3.75" high, holds approximately 14 ounces of liquid.
