SOLD AS-IS: THE GARDEN IS THRIVING. THE HOUSE IS NOT.

Thistledown was a fine dormered home before the roof made other plans. Now ivy holds the walls together, the yard wall stands guard over rubble, and the whole overgrown lot practically begs for an encounter marker.

RUIN WITH ROOM TO EXPLORE: Multiple collapse states, a bay-windowed dormer section, walled yard with gate, and fully detailed rubble-strewn interiors visible through the fallen roof.
