In a small glass jar mix the Florida water blend and 3 tablespoons CLEAR alcohol of at least 80-proof (like vodka, everclear, or rubbing alcohol).  Store in a cool, dark place for three months. Then strain the liquid through a fine cotton cloth to remove debris. Add 1 part mixture to at least 4 parts distilled water.
