From the maker
He is built like a door and he is standing in one.
Bardolf Grimm patrols a border that most rangers would walk and he simply occupies, on the theory that anything getting past him would have to go through first. The beard predates the commission. So does the armour, which was not made for a ranger and which he has never troubled to replace.
A Sculpt With Unusual Bulk: Arbiter Miniatures built this one heavier than anything else in the range — broad shoulders, banded plate, gauntlets, and a cloak with real mass to it. He is the outlier among the archers here, and that heft makes him the most straightforward model in the batch to paint convincingly: big armour panels, deep cloak folds, and a full beard to drybrush.
