Our Kantha Kimono's are handmade right here at Little Hippie Chick in downtown Tifton, GA.  With all of your good vibrations and groovy flow this kimono would be perfect for anything! From chilly festival nights to cozy nights at home, this Kimono is calling your name!

We start with a batch of kantha blankets sent straight from India where they are handmade.  It's a tough decision, but from there we have to decide blanket, poncho, kimono, etc.

Kantha is a form of embroidery often practiced by rural women in the eastern regions of the Indian subcontinent. The traditional form of Kantha embroidery was done with soft dhotis and saris, with a simple running stitch along the edges. We are fortunate to bring this one of a kind piece of art to you straight from India!
