Founder Nieves Ruiz Ramos (who goes by the name "Snow") began her career by working with large fast fashion corporations based in the UK. Frustrated with the pace and throwaway culture of fast fashion, Snow created Bibico to prove that fashion could be sustainably produced and beautifully made.
