HYGIEIA - Rouge

November 2018's Goddess is HYGIEIA, the Roman Goddess personification of health and wellbeing. Label art is the painting of her by Gustav Klimt. This shade is a mostly matte, slightly glowy neutral red. Not too blue, not too orangey, this soft red has the slightest sheen, very fine powder feel, and can be applied delicately with a fiber optic brush, or more intensely.
