This cylinder-shaped box makes an excellent salt cellar, an essential kitchen tool for people who are serious about cooking. Premium (fancy) salts are one of the cheapest and easiest ways to improve the flavor of everything you cook—use the cellar to store Kosher, Maldon, Sea Salt, or any other kitchen spice you frequently use.

These plans will tell you how to make a Salt Cellar without a lathe or any turning tools and you'll have a blast doing it!

Hand-Drawn Format I think best in analog spaces. Every day I'm filling the pages of my sketchbooks with ideas, thoughts, prayers, and dreams. The moment an idea arrives, I immediately start sketching solutions on paper. I never jump to the computer to develop my plans.

This process leaves me with pages full of raw ideas that remain locked away in my books. For my latest set of plans, The Salt Cellar, I'm keeping it real by using my sketches as the core of the document.

These hand-drawn DIY Plans are full of detailed information, step-by-step illustrations, and photos of the process and finished product.
