The war-bands of the western reaches follow bloodlines and battles, and Gwerrea Maia has built enough of both to command respect from either camp. She’s not the loudest voice before a fight — she’s the one still standing after it. Her sword has a name in three different languages, which tells you something about how far she’s travelled and what she’s left behind.

A Miniature Worthy of the Table: Gwerrea Maia is a female barbarian sculpt with the stance of a commander and the edge of a duelist. The sword rather than axe gives her a distinct identity within the range — faster, more precise, the barbarian who fights smart as well as hard. Strong choice for PC representation or a memorable female NPC warlord.
